Week 1 focuses on Embodiment: the most effective up-front approach to stress reduction and nervous system balance.
This is because embodiment engages the Afferent Nervous System: the 80% of the nervous system that carries signals from the body towards the brain.
Week 1 also introduces daily check-ins and HRV measurement to increase awareness of the nervous system. Formally called "Interoception", the development of this awareness supports greater balance.
In Weeks 2 and 3, with this foundation in place, the focus shifts to the awareness and discernment of what nourishes and affects your nervous system the most.

With consistency, members experience considerably greater nervous system balance by Week 4. The final 3 weeks are dedicated to building on this momentum.
