What this means is this: to anchor into your newfound feeling of balance from this program ensures that it will last in the long term. At this point, continue to resolve any feelings of dysregulation through BALANCE training, and maintain consistency until the nervous system feels familiar with the Play, Ventral Vagal and Stillness states. We'll recap each below.
This is best reinforced through physical practices like meditation, journaling, Tai Chi and yoga. Continue the practice that you’ve found your body to be most responsive to.
