WEEK 1: EMBODIMENT AND THE AFFERENT NERVOUS SYSTEM
Week 1 focuses on Embodiment: the most effective up-front approach to stress reduction and nervous system balance.
This is because embodiment engages the Afferent Nervous System: the 80% of the nervous system that carries signals from the body towards the brain.
Week 1 also introduces daily check-ins and HRV measurement to increase awareness of the nervous system. Formally called "Interoception", the development of this awareness supports greater balance.
WEEKS 2-3: AWARENESS & DISCERNMENT
In Weeks 2 and 3, with this foundation in place, the focus shifts to the awareness and discernment of what nourishes and affects your nervous system the most.

WEEKS 4-6: MOMENTUM & ANCHORING
With consistency, members experience considerably greater nervous system balance by Week 4. The final 3 weeks are dedicated to building on this momentum.
By this point, the nervous system will be experiencing a new and improved baseline - and this time is focused on anchoring into it as the new normal.
