Move The Body, Balance The Mind

Balance Training resolves stress and balances the mind by engaging our senses through the afferent nervous system.

Completing a 3-minute BALANCE Exercise each morning can help improve mood and emotional balance, reduce stress, improve ability to wind down and fall asleep (see Stillness exercises) and improve focus and creativity (see Play exercises).

When first starting out, BALANCE sessions can require additional input and time while your nervous system adjusts and creates new neural pathways. But on average, 96% of sessions relieve negativity within 5 minutes. This demonstrates the power of tapping into the afferent nervous system to change our mood and overall state.

Your next steps? Complete a BALANCE training session and watch how the rest of your day unfolds as a result.
