In 2018, IG Audit (aka igaudit.io) was a project born from curiosity and a commitment to transparency and authenticity.

It provided a free, data-driven way for creators and brands to verify authenticity on Instagram, reaching over 3 million organic users in just 18 months, and receiving organic press coverage in top outlets like:

But its sudden takedown by Facebook wasn’t just a blow to the tool I built—it was a stark reminder of how the incentives within social media platforms often conflict with transparency, accountability, and even the mental well-being of their users.

Fast forward to today, my journey from IG Audit to NEUROFIT has revealed an even deeper layer of the social media ecosystem’s impact: the toll it takes on our nervous systems and mental health. What started as a mission to bring clarity to follower metrics has evolved into a mission to help people find clarity within themselves, especially as they navigate the stress of life with social media.

Social Media And Stress in the Digital Age

Social media, for all its promises of connection and creativity, often operates as a source of stress and burnout.
